They are always laughing at me…..

DSC_0367So it seems since we now live in a frozen tundra, I always come in with snow from my snout to my eyebrows.  And they laugh, can you believe it? Laugh at me? Well this is one of the reasons, oh yeah, we have snow that seems to never stop and our temperature (outside, not body) is 4% this morning. With 3 to 6 more inches to fall tonight. Well a  boy who loves snow just can’t help but get a little snow on himself.
But this time it was sissy’s fault. She likes to stick her head into the snow and let it fly, and I just happened to be in the way.
Oh fun!~!!!!!!!!!!
Stay warm if it’s cold where your forever home is, and if you can, just let the snow fly.
Love a silly Quig and his beautiful sissy, Annie

Aussie Wrestling in the Snow

Really this is just a little love romp......

We guess you wonder where we've been--

Well it is never going to stop snowing here, so nothing exciting is happening. Mom is out of her mind with boredom and is making us a little crazy too. So that is why we are acting like this.

Hope you don't have to wrestle with the ones you love, just to be amused........

Don't loose hope, we really do love each other, and you all too.

We are soooo confused

We thought that we lived in Pennsylvania. But it seems the truth of it is, we live in the Great Northern Tundra. At least that is what mom calls outside these days.

It snows and snows and snows. It never stops and the poor lady has had it.

But as you can see, we can't stop loving it.

Hope your world is a little less frigid, but for us, it's a fun and crazy thing.

Hope you like our video......

We love you,

Quigley and Annie, of the great northern tundra

Oh the stress of winter.

DSC02971Can you believe that it is still sooooooooooooooo cold, and snowy and dark and grey? We don’t know about where you live, but here it seems like it will never end.

Okay, We’ve done the lip service to mom……

We love the snow and cold. The only problem is our walks. They have become almost non existent. Dad tries to go once a day, but his paws don’t work as well as ours do. We keep trying to tell him to get rid of those boots. Put his claws out and the ice won’t seem so bad. He just won’t listen….

DSC02972So as you can see, life is VERY hard for us in winter. But I guess we just have to buck up and deal with it.

So our word of advice, get rid of your boots and let your toe nails do the job.

Love, Annie and Quigley the wise

So Annie says that she’s a sharing dog----

DSC02964I’ll show you a sharing dog. That is me. This is MY bed, it’s a king size,( named after me. ) It has lots of pillows and is oh so soft. But 95% of the year, this is where I sleep, early mornings or for naps when no one is home.

DSC02965But the other 5% I let Aunt Maria sleep here. Now-- they call this Aunt Maria’s room, but I know the real truth. It’s mine. I love my Auntie, so I let her use it anytime she wants. I even let her ban me from MY room, whenever she is here. As a matter of fact, she is so sweet that I don’t mind at all.

But don’t let anyone fool you, this is My bed, My room, My life.

Ahhhhhhhhhh isn’t it lovely,

Hope your bed is soft and warm and large enough to share with you loved ones.

Quigley the real sharing boy……

Who says I’m not a sharing girl?

DSC02961You know I always get a bad rap. The family says that I always take toys from Quig. But look at this. There he is with his big old head laying on top of some of my favorite toys.

DSC02962But do I fight with him, NO, I lay quietly next to him. Being sweet and gentle.

The reality is,-------

I’m waiting for the parents to leave the room, and then I’ll show him, who’s the boss. Yup, he’ll get his what for.

Ah I mean, he’ll realize what a nice sister I am…….

Anyway, now you know the truth,

With love the very patient, Annie

Snow, wonderful snow-----

20140203_143436_resized_1Now really isn’t this the prettiest stuff you’ve ever seen? No ? Well sissy and I love it. I’m not sure if you can tell, but we got about 10 inch’s yesterday. Dad had to shovel 3 times, and mom, well she just moaned about how sick she is of it. But really, if they would just come out and run with the sis and I, well they’d find out how much fun it is. And geeze, they wear clumpy stuff on their feet (I am not sure how they stand those), so they wouldn’t even get ice between their toes.

Hope your toes stay warm and dry and that the sun shines on your pretty snow.

Dry and cold today, but we are suppose to get more tonight into tomorrow.

As mom would say just what we need, only I think she doesn’t mean it in the way we do.

Love, a happy guy,

Quigley and his adorable sister Annie

Oh boy

DSC02952It’s back…..We had a little break from the snow and dirt and ice.

DSC02954One whole day, then poof------gone. Sun and happy days for mom and dad,--- gone. This is what we woke up to this morning, more snow. Mom said 4 letter words are generally bad, and snow is one of them.

DSC02955She took a picture of Annie covered in snow, but because of her color, she looked like she always does, pretty, but grey.

Dad is getting another snow day, and mom has a bunch of stuff lined up for him to do. She figures that he’d much rather be working for Susan today, but it just isn’t going to happen.

Hope you all are safe and dry. oh by the way, that snow took all of a minute and a half to cover me this much…..

Love you, don’t tell mom, but we love the snow too.
