Now granted, mom looks a little younger here, but she has some splanin to do. Who is that white dog? He looks awfully cozy if you ask us. Doesn’t he know that is our mom?
Mom tried to talk us down. She said his name was Spoon and he was her baby long before we were born. But we’re thinking she looks like she loves him a lot. And honestly, he looks a lot calmer that we ever do, when she hugs us. She told us, that if it weren’t for the dogs before us, she may not have had room in her heart for us. That, Spoonie was a sweet and wonderful boy, and that yes, she did love him very much and still misses him, but we helped the loneliness she felt when he crossed the bridge. So I guess, it’s okay.
We’re going to try and fill her life and heart up so much, she won’t want any dogs other than us.
